This is a class action on behalf of all non-exempt employees working on oil rigs and oil rig sites in California who are or were employed by Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., (“Halliburton” and “Defendant”) from February 27, 2002 to present.  The Complaint alleges that Halliburton failed to compensate the class of workers for missed meal periods, travel time, and hazard pay.
