This is a class action on behalf of all non-exempt oil rig employees who are or were employed by B L & L Tongs, LLC (“B L & L” and “Defendant”) from May 15, 2002 through the present.  The Complaint alleges that B L & L failed to compensate the class of workers for overtime, doubletime and travel time worked, to provide meal periods as required by law, and to provide legal meal periods as required by law.
