Plaintiffs have filed a class action lawsuit against the Casistas Municipal Water District alleging three causes of action:  (1) the failure to pay wages owed pursuant to contract; (2) the failure to pay wages owed pursuant to the FLSA; and (3) the breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.  The class represents and consists of all employees of Employer, who are non-exempt employees who have worked in California, but have not received full and correct pay for all hours worked.
