This is a class action on behalf of all Senior Pest Elimination Service Specialists and Pest Elimination Service Supervisors employed by ECOLAB, who are non-exempt employees working applying pest control substances and who have worked in California (“Ecolab” and “Defendant”) from May 24, 2001 through the present.  This action is related Roe v. Ecolab, Ventura County Superior Court Case No. 233936, where the Court certified the class of all pest control specialists but did not certify the class to include the senior service specialists or supervisors.  The Complaint alleges that Ecolab failed to compensate the class of workers for overtime, doubletime and to provide accurate itemized wage statements as required by law.
